Voilà je viens juste de recevoir mon kit GTQUATTRO ( mac14 modifié et ressort de wastegate 1bar), par contre dans la notice d'utilisation Ben Swann a mis un gros coup de fluo sur le paragraphe "Installation of the straps"
Voilà ce qui est écrit :
" About 1/2 hour. Install the intercooler straps first - recommended if not using bypass valve.
Two stainless steel straps are used to wrap around the intercooler to keep the end caps from blowing off from the additionnal boost. Eventually you may want to install a bypass valve, but the straps are quick and effective. I use small ties to keep the strap ends together. Some rubber hose or padding is a good idea where the straps meet the intercooler.
Although straps can be installed without removing the grill, I recommend doing this to avoid breaking things, and make sure the straps are seated firmly inside tubular padding (recommanded) that is placed on the side of the plastic caps. Firmly tighten the straps so there is little deflection when about 5lbs of force is used - straps should vibrate a little like a guitar string. Don't make so tight that you end up crushing the caps ! "
